Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EarnPass website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by G2 Flow Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("EarnPass", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- You may hold only one EarnPass account. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.
- The Service is offered in selected markets only. Availability may change without notice.
2. Reward eligibility and tracking
Rewards are credited only when an offer is completed in accordance with the offer's stated requirements and our advertiser or offerwall partner confirms the event via their tracking systems.
- You are responsible for following each offer's instructions exactly.
- Offer payouts may be reduced, withheld, or reversed if a partner reports invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent activity.
- EarnPass relies on third-party tracking. Where partner tracking does not register an event, we may be unable to credit a reward.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility before releasing payouts, particularly for higher-value rewards.
3. Payouts
Available payout methods include PayPal, supported gift cards, and supported cryptocurrencies. Minimum thresholds, processing times, and fees may apply and are displayed in-app at the time of withdrawal. EarnPass is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, exchanges, or recipient errors (e.g., wrong PayPal email).
4. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use VPNs, proxies, residential proxies, emulators, or location-spoofing tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or eligibility requirements.
- Operate more than one account or coordinate accounts with other users.
- Use automation, scripts, bots, or any non-human interaction with the Service.
- Attempt to manipulate offer attribution, falsify completion events, or exploit bugs.
- Harvest, scrape, or otherwise misuse data from the Service.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Reward verification and disputes
If a reward you believe should have been credited does not appear, you may submit a dispute through the support channel within 30 days of the offer completion. We will investigate in good faith and may request supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, timestamps). Decisions on disputed rewards are made at our reasonable discretion based on partner data.
6. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity, or if required by a partner or by law. Where lawful, we will inform you and explain the reason. Pending or earned rewards may be forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud or material breach.
7. Intellectual property
EarnPass and all related branding, software, and content are owned by G2 Flow Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where changes materially affect your rights or rewards already earned, we will give reasonable advance notice where possible.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific earnings, offer availability, or partner uptime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnPass and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the rewards credited to your account in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £50.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or for breach of statutory consumer rights.
11. Dispute resolution
11.1 Informal resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting legal@earnpass.app. Most issues are resolvable within 30 days.
11.2 Arbitration (United States users)
If you are a resident of the United States, you and EarnPass agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions, class arbitrations, and consolidated proceedings are waived. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@earnpass.app with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".
11.3 EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the arbitration clause above does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Subject to Section 11, the courts of England & Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, notified via the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
